| PROPOSALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR WORKSHOPS |
FOSS4G Seoul 2015 welcomes the online submission for WORKSHOPS.
Proposals received by March 23, 2015 via Online Submission at the official website (2015.foss4g.org) will be considered under the standard review process. Only accepted workshops can be run and the training leaders must register as conference participants. FOSS4G Seoul Committee will provide the training leader of each workshop (i.e. only one person per workshop) with 50% discount of main conference registration fee. |

| All applicants for Workshop will be notified the outcome of their submission by e-mail or My page on the website, around March 31, 2015. |
|
| All applicants for Academic Track or Regular Track Presentation will be notified the outcome of their submission by e-mail or My pageon the website, no later than June 4, 2015. |
|
| All authors presenting either oral or poster sessions are required to complete Early Advanced Registration online and remit the required registration fee by June 22, 2015 in order to remain on the final program. |
