Code of Conduct

In order to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, all attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are expected to agree with the following code of conduct.

The FOSS4G 2015 Seoul LOC are dedicated to providing an inclusive, pleasant, non-confrontational conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, region, nationality or religion. Sexual, racial or any other offensive language and imagery is not appropriate in any aspect of this conference, including talks, Twitter and other online media.

Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. A member of the conference staff will be at the registration desk during conference hours.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact the hotel security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events.

If you have any questions about this policy, please email foss4g2015-info@osgeo.org.
