FOSS4G SEOUL 2015 Organizing Committee has selected a number of hotels in different categories in main areas of Seoul- most of them conveniently located on major transportation routes and accessible by subway. Special rates have been secured for Conference participants by the Committee.

Important Notice
- All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be reserved by booking through the Secretariat of FOSS4G SEOUL 2015. Any changes in reservation must be explained in writing to the Secretariat of FOSS4G SEOUL 2015, Not directly to the hotel.
- All rates are based on South Korean Won. Please click “Currency Converter” to check currency rate.
- Hotel reservation should be made by August 14, 2015. Room booking and changes made after August 14, 2015cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
- Standard check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 12:00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be made in writing to the Secretariat of FOSS4G SEOUL 2015 at hotel_foss4g2015@meci.kr in advance. However, this may cause an additional one-night charge depending on room availability.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations should be explained in writing and emailed to the Secretariat of FOSS4G SEOUL 2015 at hotel_foss4g2015@meci.kr. All due dates are based on the South Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)

| From August 15, 2015 to August 25, 2015 | 50% of one-night room rate will be charged to your credit card |
| From August 26, 2015 or No-Show | A one-night room rate will be charged to your credit card |
* Cancellation received from September 11, 2015 or no show for the Urban Place Gangnam will be charged
two-nights room rate.
